Reena Mishra Vashisht is the driving force behind ThinkingBeyond Interiors Pvt. Ltd., a leader in retail and interior execution. With a strong focus on precision craftsmanship and high-quality finished products, she has positioned her company at the forefront of the industry, serving clients across India and neighbouring countries.
With over 29 years of experience, Reena has played a pivotal role in corporate leadership at Singer India Limited, National Panasonic, Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Limited, and Greenply Industries Limited. She has been instrumental in brand repositioning and corporate identity development, significantly impacting marketing and retail segments.
Academically, Reena holds a degree in Psychology and an MBA in Marketing. With mathematics as her forte, she excels in financial strategy and personally oversees the financial health of her organization, ensuring its steady growth and sustainability.
Entrepreneurial Journey & Achievements
In 2012, Reena founded ThinkingBeyond Interiors Pvt. Ltd. with a 500 sq. ft. workspace and a team of three. Through resilience, innovation, and strategic leadership, the company has expanded to a 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with 85 skilled professionals, achieving a turnover of 20+ crore in FY 2023-24.
Her company, equipped with state-of-the-art German machinery, has successfully executed architectural and interior projects spanning Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, and Bangladesh, developing over 2 million sq. ft. of commercial and retail spaces PAN India.
